The Peninsula Insurance Group consists of two companies: The Peninsula Insurance Company and Peninsula Indemnity Company. Both companies are headquartered in Salisbury, Maryland and provide personal and commercial products primarily in the states of Maryland, Delaware, Virginia and New Hampshire. The Peninsula Insurance Group is wholly-owned by Donegal Group Inc.
